Christian scores for the All-Stars
By: Kyle | July 24th, 2008Not a lot to say other than: that’s why we love Christian here in Colorado. The other good news is that Stevie seemed to know a bit better than the voters and started Christian AND Pablo. So the midfield started with Beckham, Gomez, Mastroeni, and Joseph. That gives any club in the world a run for its money.
I will say this: the All-Star game is a lot of fun. It is the best All-Star game in the country because it is actually more appropriate for MLS than any other American league. MLS has made the All-Star game their own, and have done so in a way that acknowledges exactly what this league is and celebrates the best of it. Other sports don’t really need to do this.
The end result: one thought kept popping into my mind as I watched the All-Stars take care of West Ham tonight, “There are some really good players in MLS.” Christian, Angel, Blanco, DeRo, Beckham, Joseph, Cooper, Reis. There is some real quality soccer in the US. And if we keep beating the rest of the world’s clubs, they’re going to have to start noticing sooner or later.

I will imagine this all star game is full of lots of fun. It is very good game we will say Because it is more interesting game than any American league. So this game had Lots of potential so every body should play this game.
