Rapids Reserves Schedule
By: Clint | April 2nd, 2007I had no idea the Colorado reserves won a title last season. I didn’t even know MLS reserve teams played for a title. And to be honest, until about a month ago I had no clue that MLS teams even HAD reserves. Based on the first team salaries, what do the reserves make? Do they get paid in skittles? Anyhoo, here’s the Rapids reserves schedule:
Monday, April 16- Fire at Rapids
Monday, April 30- Rapids at Real Salt Lake
Sunday, May 6- Dynamo at Rapids
Sunday, May 27- Galaxy at Rapids
Saturday, June 2- Rapids at Toronto FC
Monday, July 9- Red Bulls at Rapids
Sunday, July 23- Rapids at Wizard
Sunday, August 5- Rapids at FC Dallas
Sunday, September 2- Rapids at Crew
Sunday, September 9- Rapids at Galaxy
Monday, October 8- Toronto FC at Rapids
Sunday, October 21- Real Salt Lake at Rapids

Whoa man, talk about letting yourself go and writing a billion articles. What’ll be the attendances at these matches, you think? Six? Fourty-two? Could be anything!

The home opener should be a sellout or close to. I bet the Rapids average 14,000 this season. In a 18,000 person venue that will be great.
Average development players make approximately $12,000. There are senior dev players who are closer to $17,000. Senior roster players can play for the reserve team too.
